I hate this feeling of things that creep, I want to say that it is as though I feel something crawling beneathe my skin. All throughout my body it creeps making me jerk and twitch when I struggle to relax....everything gets to being too loud, everything gets to being too bright, and the room seems to shrink to the size of a shoebox and I am lost in the creepy crawlies....sometimes it lasts mere minutes and other times it can last for days. I can fall asleep and then wake up to them.
I struggle through almost everything in my life because of this feeling. I struggle through working, through socializing .....everything.
Right now I am ranting here because if I wasn't I'd give in to the creepies and feel as though I am bouncing off the walls.
I don't know what to do anymore......
